Warranty Terms

1. Warranty Period:

These warranty terms apply to Fikeys remote and other hardware products (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase (excluding special products).

2. Warranty Coverage:

a. This warranty only covers functional failures caused by manufacturing defects or material quality issues. During the warranty period, for products that meet the warranty conditions, we will be responsible for free repair or replacement of the defective parts.

b. The warranty only covers the hardware part of the product, excluding software, batteries, and other accessories.

c. Warranty service is limited to failures under normal use conditions and does not include failures caused by human damage, accidents, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, etc.

3. Warranty Claim:

a. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, please contact our customer service department promptly, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the malfunction.

b. We will provide corresponding solutions based on the malfunction, including repair, replacement of defective parts, or replacement of the entire product.

c. After obtaining our authorization, you may return the defective product to us for processing; the shipping costs will be borne by you.

4. Warranty Disclaimer:

a. This warranty does not apply to the following situations: natural disasters, accidents, human damage, illegal or unauthorized repairs, modifications, improper use, or failures caused by not operating according to the product manual.

b. This warranty does not cover any indirect losses or incidental damages caused by the use of the product, including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, business interruption, etc.

5. Other Terms:

a. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable to others.

b. This warranty does not affect your legally entitled consumer rights.

c. We reserve the right to adjust and interpret these warranty terms based on actual circumstances.
